The premises are seen, measured and photographed, and hidden conditions are checked as far as the fabric allows.
The Figure in Writing
A written fixed price follows within days, each stage itemised.
Work and Completion
Execution with agreed stages, waste carried off and the room closed out in order.

What does a survey cost in hours?
A day in most cases, and longer when roofs or wall openings make access tricky.
When does the written price land?
Generally two to four working days after the visit, in writing by email.
What if the job grows mid-way?
As written variations agreed by you. No extras are performed on a verbal nod.
When is the site cleared?
At the completion of the agreed scope, and paper copies of any paperwork are left with you.
